Exhibitor and Sponsorships for the

2026 NJ IARP is now open

Any exhibitor booth requiring electricity must coordinate directly with the Hard Rock Hotel.

Once registration is complete, we will provide the information to secure electricity for your booth.

NJ IARP has no control over this process.

All conference documentation is attached for your review. Please note that the term attendees is for exhibitor’s booth staff only; this does not apply to general attendees.

All Exhibitors will receive one (1) complimentary attendee registration to gift to a client or customer; this may not be used for company staff.

All displays must fit within your assigned space; anything larger than the 6 Foot table area will require the purchase of two booth spaces.

Payment by check is allowed; however, it will not secure your booth until payment is received.
